Where the garden is above a structure or on shared property, building information and permissions need to support the proposed work.
Surrounding buildings put this Camperdown courtyard in shade for most of the day, and water was pooling after rain. A drainage base was built beneath the surface, then synthetic turf was laid and edged, giving a surface that stays usable where the previous lawn had struggled.
