1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Outdoor Blitz ('we', 'us', or 'our'), concerning your access to and use of our landscaping services and website.

2. Services
We provide professional landscaping services including but not limited to:
- Lawn mowing and maintenance
- Garden bed design and installation
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Landscape design and consultation
- Outdoor lighting installation
- Yard cleanup and green waste removal
- Plant selection and garden health maintenance
All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Quotes and Pricing
3.1. All quotes provided are:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Subject to site inspection and assessment
- Inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
- Subject to change if the scope of work changes
- Based on the condition of the property at the time of inspection
3.2. Payment Terms:
- A deposit may be required for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon completion of work
- We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash payments
- Late payments may incur additional fees
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
- Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions
- For regular maintenance services, please provide at least one week's notice for cancellation
5. Liability and Limitations
While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for:
- Weather-related issues during or after service completion
- Underground services not identified by the client
- Environmental factors beyond our control
- Natural movement of soil or property after landscaping work
- Issues related to pre-existing conditions of plants or garden features
6. Work Health and Safety
We maintain strict compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations. Our team reserves the right to:
- Cease work if unsafe conditions arise
- Require clear access to work areas
- Implement safety zones around work areas
- Refuse work that compromises safety standards
- Postpone work due to adverse weather conditions
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
7. Warranties and Guarantees
All our work comes with:
- Workmanship warranty as specified in your quote
- Compliance with Australian Landscaping Standards
- Qualified landscapers performing all work
Please note that we cannot guarantee:
- Plant health affected by pre-existing conditions
- Growth rate or appearance of plants due to external factors
- Prevention of natural occurrences such as severe storm damage
