This website describes Outdoor Blitz’s landscaping services and provides general garden-planning information. Suitability depends on the property, proposed work and any applicable requirements. An article or project photograph is not a design or specification for another property.

The scope and terms for landscaping work are set out in the written quote and any contract agreed for that project. This page does not replace that agreement or any terms required by law.

Outdoor Blitz offers free quotes for suitable landscaping projects. A reliable quote requires sufficient information about the work, site and selected materials, with a site assessment where needed.

The written scope should identify the work included, exclusions, materials and any design documentation. If you would like a change, discuss its effect on scope, price and timing so it can be recorded in the project agreement.

Your written quote and contract should identify any deposit, progress payments, GST treatment and what each payment covers. Check those terms before agreeing to the work. Payment requirements must comply with the law applicable to the project.

Work dates depend on the agreed scope, site conditions, materials, weather and any required approvals. If you need to change or cancel arrangements, contact Outdoor Blitz so the position can be considered under your agreement and applicable law.

Tell us about relevant plans, known services, access restrictions, ownership or strata requirements and features you want to retain. The need for approvals or specialist advice depends on the property and proposed work.

Responsibilities for obtaining information, approvals and any specialist documentation should be clear in the project scope before the affected work begins.

Nothing on this website excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees and statutory rights. Any additional product or project warranty should be identified in the relevant documentation.
