Sir Walter turf, stepping stones and aluminium fencing
The project
Garden Upgrade
A Russell Lea garden with a patchy lawn and a rotting timber fence. DNA certified Sir Walter buffalo turf was laid, stepping stones edged with paving and set into river pebbles carry the paths, and the failing fence was replaced with aluminium.

What the site presented
Patchy lawn and a failing fence
The lawn had thinned to patches and the timber fence had rotted to the point of being unstable.
No borders anywhere
The beds and paths had no edge holding them, so everything ran into everything else.
What we built
DNA certified Sir Walter turf
DNA certified Sir Walter buffalo turf was laid over prepared ground across the lawn areas.
Aluminium fencing
The rotting timber fence was replaced with aluminium, with care suited to the finish and exposure.
