Canterbury Front Yard Transformation

Aluminium edging, new turf and stepping stones on white pebbles

Stepping stones in white pebbles beside a new lawn in Canterbury

The project

Front Yard Makeover

A Canterbury front yard with no defined path or bed lines. Aluminium garden edging was installed to set the zones, turf was laid across the lawn area, and concrete stepping stones were set into white pebbles to carry the route from the street to the entrance.

Project details

What the site presented, and what was built

The constraints that shaped this project and the work delivered.

What the site presented

Front yard left to go

The front yard had been neglected long enough that the lawn and beds had merged into each other.

No path or bed lines

There was no defined route to the entrance and no edge between the lawn and the planting.

What we built

Aluminium garden edging

Aluminium edging was installed to hold the line between lawn and beds and set the zones in the front yard.

Turf and a stepping stone path

Turf was laid across the lawn area, and concrete stepping stones set into white pebbles carry the route to the entrance.
