Your outdoor space

Replace an unused surface with a garden feature

We can introduce lawn or planted beds where more greenery is wanted, while retaining paving that still serves the layout. A deck, seat or clear garden path can connect the areas. Outdoor Blitz plans the construction and planting together for the changes you choose.

A whole-yard rebuild on a heritage property in Tempe. The rotting deck came out and was replaced with composite boards under a flat-roofed pergola with timber screens. Natural turf went in over the cleared yard, concrete paths were poured along the side access, timber planter boxes were built, and the tired carport entry was replaced with charcoal Colorbond bi-fold gates under a timber-framed pergola.

Garden questions

Planning your landscaping in St Peters

Choosing the work, keeping useful features and understanding what affects the cost.
Can part of a paved garden become lawn?

It may, if sufficient sunlight, soil depth and drainage can be provided. Removal and ground preparation need assessment before turf is selected.

Can you help if I do not have a finished design?

Yes. Start with what you want to do outside and what is not working in the garden. Outdoor Blitz can help plan the layout, surfaces and planting alongside the construction work. If you already have a plan, share it with your enquiry so the proposed work can be discussed.

Can you assess a garden with narrow access?

Yes. Let us know the width of side passages, any steps and whether access is through the house or a shared area. This helps establish how materials and removed surfaces could be moved, and whether the proposed work is practical. Access requirements are checked before the scope is agreed.

What affects the cost of landscaping?

The area being changed, materials, removal of existing surfaces, ground preparation and access all affect the cost. The choice of surface, soil requirements and finished levels help define the work involved. Describe the changes you want so the quote can cover the work involved; photographs can help show the starting point.
