Complete Property Makeover
Both yards of a Leichhardt property rebuilt to the same palette so the front and back read as one property. A pergola was built over the rear sitting area, synthetic turf replaced the natural lawn the owners could not keep up with, garden lighting was run through, and planter boxes were built to carry the greenery.

What the site presented
Front and back reading as separate properties
The two yards had been done at different times and shared no materials or logic between them.
Lawn the household could not keep up with
The natural lawn needed watering and mowing the owners did not have time for, and it showed.
What we built
One palette across both yards
The same materials and detailing were carried from the front through to the back so the property reads as one job.
Synthetic turf and built planters
Synthetic turf replaced the natural lawn, and planter boxes were built to carry the greenery with far less upkeep.
