Complete Yard Renovation
Both yards of a Monterey property were rebuilt in one job. A timber deck was built for the entertaining area with an aluminium pergola over it, timber edging was run to match, planter boxes were built into the layout, and Sir Walter buffalo turf was laid front and back.

What the site presented
Surfaces past their life
Both yards had worn surfaces that needed replacing rather than repairing.
Nowhere to sit or eat outside
There was no defined area for outdoor dining, so the yard was mostly walked past.
What we built
Timber deck
A timber deck was built to give the entertaining area a level, defined surface.
Elements detailed to match
The pergola, edging and planter boxes were detailed to work with the deck rather than added separately.
